Our commitment
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to browse EASYLONGER, choose a CPAP battery and get help with their order. Improving the accessibility of our store is ongoing work.
The standard we aim for
We aim to improve our store toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is our improvement goal, not a claim that every part of the website fully meets the standard.
Accessibility tools on this store
Select the accessibility person icon, or use the “Open accessibility tools” button on this page. The panel offers options to adjust how the store looks and behaves on your device, including:
- Text size, spacing, line spacing and alignment.
- Contrast, brightness, colour settings and highlighted links or headings.
- A reading guide, reading mask and stronger focus highlighting.
- Options to pause animations, hide images or mute sounds.
You can reset your choices in the panel. These tools supplement the accessibility settings in your browser, device or assistive technology; they do not replace them.
Areas we are working to improve
Some older content, text within product images, embedded videos and third-party apps may not yet work as intended with every assistive technology. We cannot guarantee that all third-party content is fully accessible. If something prevents you from using the store, please contact us so we can help you find the information or complete the task another way.

Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and what went wrong. If helpful, include your browser, device or assistive technology. You do not need to share medical information, passwords or payment card details.
We welcome feedback and use it to help prioritise improvements.
